Included with every leak detection visit
The Certified Master Plumber Leak Report
Every Lone Star Leak Locators visit ends with a written report prepared under Texas Master Plumber / RMP License #45825. It documents how we tested, what we found, and what we recommend, so you, your plumber, your pool company or your insurance adjuster can act on evidence instead of a guess.

Common questions
Will my insurance company accept the report?
Each insurer makes its own decision. The report gives the adjuster a licensed Master Plumber’s documentation of the test methods, findings and location, which is what claim reviewers typically ask for.
How soon do I get it?
We explain the findings on site, and the written report follows after the visit. Ask about timing when you book.
Do you repair the leak too?
Yes. We can repair what we find, including reroutes and trenchless options, or you can hand the report to the contractor of your choice.
